There are three plans — Personal Use at $4,499, Small Clinic at $7,499 and Large Clinic at $13,999 — and each carries a yearly subscription of $299, $499 and $999 respectively. Applicable taxes, shipping and any import or export duty are charged on top. A Large Clinic fit-out is confirmed after a demo and a room survey, because ceiling height, wall and floor area all change what the room needs.

Yes. Personal Use and Small Clinic both run on one Kiosk unit, which ships with everything listed above — the table unit, projector, Balance Board, speaker, mike, two cameras and the processing unit. Large Clinic is the complete room rather than a single unit, fitted out after a room survey.

One table unit setup, a projector, a Balance Board, a speaker, a mike, two cameras and one processing unit. It is the unit both Personal Use and Small Clinic run on.

Both run on one Kiosk unit and both run every activity except SandBox, which needs the full room and so comes only with Large Clinic. Personal Use is for a family and covers one child, with additional children charged per child. Small Clinic is for a therapist or single-room practice, covers up to 20 children and adds session records and progress reporting.

Yes. Hardware you already own carries over, and a Large Clinic quote accounts for what is already in the room rather than charging for it twice.

With Large Clinic, yes: room survey, installation, calibration and on-site training are part of it. Personal Use and Small Clinic arrive as a Kiosk unit you set up yourself, and we walk you through it.

Support and update terms are set out in your supply agreement. We will walk you through them before you sign rather than leaving them to the small print.
